Bible Studies and Groups
We’re here to help you grow in faith.
Whether you’re ready to join your first Bible study, or you’ve been studying the Word for decades, you’ll find a place to belong and grow at Kingswood Church.
New Short-term studies are offered all throughout the year. Some focus on topics like marriage, parenting, grief, or other life issues, while others focus on a particular book of the Bible. These studies range from four to twelve weeks in duration. You’ll make new friends and grow in faith as you participate.
Ongoing Life Groups offer deep community, accountability, prayer, and Bible-centered teaching. Please find a list of current groups at the bottom of this page.
Adult Sunday School is held each week at 9:00am in the Parlor. You’re invited to attend and participate in engaging biblical discussion.
The Alpha Course is an incredible 11-week journey through the foundational truths of the Christian faith. It is open to all adults and is offered twice a year.
Celebrate Recovery is offered weekly throughout the year for those struggling with hurts, hang-ups, and habits.

RightNow Media, an online subscription library, is available free to our church family.

- Women's Life Group led by Barbara Leonard - Mondays 7:00pm in Fellowship Hall
- Women's Life Group led by Cathy Bear and Jan Wallerich - Tuesdays 9:30-11:00am at His Place South Campus
- Women's Life Group led by Pam Hoogerwerf, Sherry Mugrage, and Chris Stahl - 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month 6:30pm at His Place South Campus
- Women's Life Group led by Wai-May Lim and Barb Nurmi - Wednesdays 1:30-3:30pm in the Parlor
- Men's Breakfast led by Jeff DeMay and Mark Burton - Thursdays 6:00am at State Street Cafe (downtown Geneseo)
- Monthly Group for Moms of Young Children led by Yvette Biddle - First Saturday of the month at 9:30-10:30am in His Place South Campus
- Mixed Adult Life Group led by Ted Mattan - Saturdays 7:30-8:30pm at His Place South Campus
